I guess you have forgotten to check the Gym Schedule and ask the Football Club for the time conflicts. Please, let me remind you, that from 18:30-21:00 we are playing that wonderful game, not a dogyball or whatever you are planning.

Dear concerned student;
Based on our schedules, the Football Club has the gym booked for 18:30-20:30.
If the times have been extended then Sports Affairs was not yet notified.
As for this event, I'm happy to change the start time to 9:00pm if the Football Club is really using the full 2.5 hour timeslot. I'll speak to Al and see if that's the case; either way, I'm sure we can share and find an agreement that works for everyone.
I'll also send out an email to all club leaders calling for their latest club meeting times so that new schedules can be printed for Spring Term 2007 and posted in the gym. Admittedly, I should have done this already; but as of this GSO, we will put in place a framework where club leaders email their intended meeting times at the start of each new term.
I hope this will help to avoid any further confusion or scheduling conflicts this term.
hey, it was fun. thanks. now that we played once, and everyone is more familiar with the rules, it should run smoothly in the future.
