GSO-EC Minutes

I have been attempting to read the minutes from location

Iuj-home>Organization>GSO>Our Minutes of Meeting

I cannot access the Minutes. When the document is about to load in Microsoft Word, a message appears telling me that I do not have user access.

Can we sort this problem out, please?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the notice, since a system upgrade took place earlier this year we've been having trouble with account access permisions (especially with the Gallery Project problems). We will use your comments here to speed up the process with Computing Services... Thank you!!!

Wonderful Friday night, killed time by digging IUJ homepage and finally stopping at GSO website. Wondering why so many great people in GSO-EC, but the homepage was a piece of rubbish. Design, color, structure, user friendliness ... all are a big messy webpage. Tried more than 20min to create blogger, failed finally; interface sometime in English, sometime in Japanese and sometime mixed. System error??? God know!!!!

Homepage is a look of a company or organization !! Maybe in this monopoly GSO, which our member fee is automatically deduced without even informing you when, marketing is a stupid thing to do. Wondering what GSO-EC think when they put the link at the end of each email? Ever you guys thought that someone could click on it and say "S... what the hell I am belonging to this organization ...!!"

OK, it has been two weeks since your reply (you know, when you said that you were gonna "speed up the process"), and still no change. I still can't access the Minutes.

Oddly enough, I can access other things in the GSO folder, which makes me wonder why it is only the Minutes that I can't read.

Not overly sure what the point of keeping Minutes is if nobody can read them. Sounds like a small thing, but we come here to discuss and comment on GSO-EC performance, and because we can't read the Minutes, we have no idea what you guys are actually doing.

This problem takes about 2 minutes to solve - just put the Minutes in the Public Folder.

I expect to be able to read them by the end of this week.

if you guys are so interested in GSO why don't you run and become a member of the EC?

regardless, keep your posts civil and don't issue such strong requirements, i.e. "I expect to be able to read them by the end of this week."

reserve judgement until you know exactly what the situation is.

and if you find the web site "rubbish" why don't you fix it yourself. We're all busy students, and its not necessary to call others' work rubbish.

keep it constructive.
